Tom Holdrege, PE, CEG, has completed over 1,000 environmental, hazardous materials, solid waste, geotechnical, and geologic site characterizations in California since 1986. His experience in environmental site characterization ranges from initial site assessment to complex fracture flow modeling and soil and groundwater remediation. He has consulted on a wide variety of projects, from complex hydrogeologic fracture flow modeling to design of post-tensioned slabs on grade in expansive soil. In addition to his broad-based environmental background, Tom has worked on a wide variety of geotechnical projects, including design and consultation during construction of earth dams, slope stability projects, roadway improvements, commercial developments, and residential subdivisions. He acts as principal reviewer for and liaison between clients and regulators on many of H&K’s larger projects. Mr. Holdrege is a founding principal of Holdrege & Kull.
