Truckee High School Improvements

Truckee High School was originally constructed in the 1950s and has undergone numerous renovations. The site contains a main campus, sand and gravel running track, several outbuildings, athletic fields, and an asphalt-paved access road and parking lots. The proposed project will remove and replace the existing running track, improve the existing asphalt-paved parking lots and access road, provide new sidewalks and an access ramp in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, create a new restroom facility, and provide improvements to other appurtenant campus components. Holdrege & Kull prepared a geotechnical engineering report and a geologic hazards report in accordance with the Department of the State Architect (DSA) and California Geological Survey (CGS) standards. H&K also provided earthwork observation and materials testing services during project construction.
